Returns & Refunds

21-day returns on new, unopened gear. You have 21 days from delivery to start a return by emailing sal@sparrowexpeditions.com for a Return Authorization (RA). Returns without an RA cannot be accepted or refunded.

Conditions. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition — no shop wear, markings, or price labels. Items that arrive back not in resalable condition cannot be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Fees. Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $7.95). Return shipping is paid by you; we do not issue return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and on orders that shipped free, our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Final sale — no returns: cut, built, or fletched arrows; arrows that have been shot; installed or mounted components (inserts, outserts, nocks, rests, or sights that have been on a bow); used gear; closeout/discontinued items; and special-order items.

Defective products. If an item is defective out of the box — before first use — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right through our distributor at no cost to you. Once a product has been used, defects and failures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; every brand we carry stands behind their product, and we'll help you get the claim handled.

Damaged or lost in transit is handled as a shipping claim, not a return — see our Shipping policy (photos and packaging required for damage; carrier trace for lost packages).

Cancellations. We transmit orders to fulfillment quickly. If your order hasn't entered fulfillment, we'll cancel it free. Once it's in fulfillment, cancellation is treated as a return: 10% (minimum $7.95) restocking plus any freight incurred.

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order — that gets the right part to you fastest.

Refund timing. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5–10 business days of inspection.
