Shipping
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states + DC) only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally — checkout will not accept those addresses.
- Standard shipping: $14.99 flat.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $149 or more.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Gear ships from our U.S. distribution partners' warehouses, and Firenock products ship direct from Firenock — items on the same order may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking by email for each shipment.
Your address must be correct. We ship to exactly what you enter at checkout. Address changes after an order is placed incur a $5 fee; after shipment, carrier-imposed correction fees of $24.50 apply. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address are treated as a return (see Returns & Refunds), with return freight and restocking deducted.
Refused shipments are treated as returns: a 10% restocking fee (minimum $7.95) plus all freight charges are deducted from any refund.
Damaged in transit: inspect your package on arrival and report damage to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the box, and all packing materials — and keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. Carriers require this evidence; without it we cannot process a damage claim or replacement.
Lost packages: carriers do not consider a package lost until 8–10 business days past the expected delivery date. If tracking stalls, contact us and we'll open a trace immediately; a replacement or refund is issued once the carrier claim is confirmed.
Custom-built and cut-to-length arrows add bench time — allow 3–5 extra business days before shipment.
